A Memorable Graduation:

The Creative Institute of Science Arts and Technology (CISAT) celebrated its 18th Commencement Exercises on July 6, 2024, from 1 to 4 PM at Microtel UP Technohub in Quezon City, Philippines. Emmanuel Brody Bautista, one of the top students, stood before his peers to deliver the highly anticipated "Message to the Graduates."
